All of the Native American Art Prints we offer are Giclée Prints. Giclée ("zhee-clay") is a French word that describes the process of making high quality fine Art Prints from a digital source using ink-jet printing creating colors that are brighter, and last longer.
Using high-resolution, the ink is sprayed, actually mixing the color on the page to create truer shades and hues in a virtually continuous tone. The wide format Digital Printers use special light-fast (fade resistant) pigmented inks which, if kept out of the sun, will remain true for up to 25 years. The quality of the Giclée print rivals traditional silver-halide and gelatin printing processes and is commonly found in museums, art galleries and photographic galleries.
